W Hotel, London

This is our first delicious and healthy breakfast at W Hotel in London. It’s made by almond milk and chia seeds, enriched by banana, strawberries, coconut, and other kind of fruits.

Dinner

Coq d’Argent

I spent the day in the countryside, in Southwold, where I had a typical English menu. In the evening, I chose a vegan option at Coq d’Argent. As usual, I started with a full dish of seasonal vegetables.
Then, I had a vegan omelette made by dairy free mozzarella. It sounds pretty poor, but – trust me – it’s tasty like the normal one!

The day after, I had the same breakfast of the day before. Then, after one hour of work out, we went to this original place, and had some sushi.

Veeraswamy

Later, we had dinner at Veeraswamy, which is supposed to be one of the best indian restaurants. Actually, the food was pretty heavy, and the place is ostentatious. I don’t recommend it.

The Ledbury

On Monday, after a long day out visiting Stonehenge, we rewarded ourselves with one of the best restaurants in the world, The Ledbury. Here, my menu. This was an entree made with truffle. We asked for more of these tastings!
